National Community College Aerospace Scholars

Are you a community college student who dreams of having a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) career?

Does it sound like fun to work on projects and share ideas with NASA engineers, educators, and scientists?  APPLY NOW to become part of the National Community College Aersopace Scholars (NCAS) project and explore what could become YOUR future!

Who is eligible to participate?

Community College students from across the nation will compete to become a National Community College Aerospace Scholar.

To participate, you must be:

  • A US Citizen.
  • At least 18 year of age and a high school graduate.
  • A registered community college student for either the summer,and fall or spring semesters during the application process and project.
  • Have completed 9 or more hours of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics classes.
  • Able to commit to 12-14 weeks working with NASA.
  • Able to access the internet.

*Please note that a $30 non-refundable fee to cover the cost of meals and a NCAS polo shirt will be required from each student for the three-day experience at a NASA center.
